The status "Recently Returned" shows in the item's record for 24 hours after the item was checked back in at the Circulation Desk. If you see this status, ask for the item at the Help Desk on the second floor before going to the stacks; it is probably not yet shelved, and the staff at the Help Desk can retrieve it for you.
