Course Reserves are materials (including books, A/V materials, journal articles, electronic resources, instructional equipment, and non-book items) chosen by the faculty to support class instruction. Access to these materials is more restricted than is access to materials in general circulation.  Requests for Course Reserves can be made by contacting Jacy Pungello at x 1192 or by email -  Please allow a few days for processing, especially at the beginning of the semester. Reserve room requests can be made at anytime throughout the year. Instructors designate the loan period for physical items as follows:

Reserve Room Only: No Loan

Overnight Loan: 21:00 to 0900

7 Day Loan: May Be Borrowed For One Week.

*Personal Items may also be housed in the Course Reserve Room for the semester.

Electronic reserves are accessible online 24 hours a day and are not handled by the Library.  Faculty can upload their digital items to a content folder and make them available to their class.  For assistance, contact Patrick Gill x4670.  Note that most Library-owned materials can be linked using static URLs in favor of replicating copies to a Blackboard page.

Faculty may refer questions regarding copyright issues to the Staff Judge Advocate.
