USMA-issued laptops will have a VPN software client installed. Please contact Goldcoats or your DCO if you need assistance with the VPN software.
When you are working from a computer or other device that is not on the USMA network, but wish to search one of our databases, do the following: Using the Library web page, select the database you want to search, and click on the link to that database. A new window will open that requests authentication. In this window, enter your full name, and your Library account number (see: What is my Library account number?), and the database you wish to use will open in a new window. If the database fails to open, or if you recieve an error message of any kind, please call the Reference Desk at 845-938-8325.
