Cadets: Collaborative rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for cadets. You must have a minimum of 3 cadets present to check out a room at the Front Desk.
Graduating cadets may request a space reservation within Jefferson Hall for their commissioning ceremony. Use of the library terrace is on a first-come, first-served basis. For any questions regarding collaborative room usage or reservations, please contact our library administration office by email at library@westpoint.edu or by phone at 845-938-8301.
USMA Staff & Faculty may reserve rooms online here: https://usma.libcal.com/.
- Anyone authorized to reserve rooms may reserve rooms for no more than 5 reservations per semester.
- Please leave the rooms in the same or better condition than you found them in so they will be ready for the next group to use.
