While many of USMA Library's resources are scholarly, many are not. The library has resources to support various types of research.
Non-scholarly sources include:
- Newspapers
- Some government documents
- Some items in Archives and Special Collections
- Novels and memoirs
- Non-fiction books written by journalists or other authors without academic/scholarly credentials
